Senda d'Arte is open for six individual artists spring 2026 March, April, May and also fall 2026: September & October.  

Welcome to Northern Spain where the chaos of the world will fade so that you may work on your project with a community of new inspiration around you. Maybe, just maybe brilliant collaborations will emerge as well. 

We need art now.  

Artists need space to create.  

The calamities in the world are feeding our fears and our creativity.  Here is an opportunity to transform this existential time into a work of genius.  

Bring your project, your ideas, your talent to a mountain town in the heart of the Northern Spain.

Duration: Stay a week to a month

Start date: Very flexible. Let's chat. 

Lodging: Six private rooms with shared bathrooms, kitchens, and lounging spaces.  

Studios:

• A Private Studio A: northern light from two floor to ceiling windows serenely drenches this suite which consists of a bedroom and studio space with sink. Great for painters, printmakers,  etc.   
• A Private Studio B: a smaller space, yet equally conducive to work with a floor to ceiling north facing window and an area to set up an easel, or work at the writer's desk.  Perfect for writers, musicians, makers. 
• Shared Studio: a large space (about 1000 square feet) with sink area, tables, easels, books, and lounging. This studio walks out onto the large riverside terrace with a pergola and access to the ceramic studio. 
• Ceramic Hand-Building Studio: set in a small riverside casita at the end of the terrace there is an ample work area with kiln. Clay and glazes for purchase will be offered. 

Private Room with access to shared studios: 700€/week (discount for a month)

Private Room with ensuite Studio A: 875€/week (discount for a month)

Private Room with ensuite Studio B: 750€/week (discount for a month)

Included in the cost is lodging with access to kitchens to cook your meals and the use of studio space. Please inquire if there are material and/or equipment needs you are curious about.
